Steven led an 1,800-student high school with 170+ employees and a three-year, bond-funded construction program, after seven years teaching science and coaching softball. Today he leads AI governance and connectivity initiatives for Region 16 — authoring the AI Implementation Workbook adopted across Texas districts — and sets vision and district partnerships for Its One App.
Michael Keough
Michael has spent 16 years building and leading technology platforms for Texas public schools — serving as CTO at Canyon ISD and currently as Chief Information Officer at Region 16 ESC, serving 60+ school districts. He designs the architecture, payment pipelines, offline sync, and FERPA governance across Its One App platforms.
